Breeder Cattle Southern

Breeder cattle from the southern regions are Bos Taurus breeds (British and Continental). Bos Taurus breeds provide a more premium grade of beef and include the Angus breed.

		Breeds	Angus, Hereford, Poll Hereford, Lowline (miniature Angus), Simmental, Limousin, Charolais and Murray Grey
		Sex	Bulls and Heifers
		Weight Ranges	150 to 650 kgs (can be higher depending on Government approval)
		Ages	12 to 24 months
		Pedigrees	Pedigree certificates available from Breed Societies
		Pregnancy Status	Available joined or unjoined (Veterinary Pregnancy Certificate supplied)
